Placing orders

How do I place my order online?

Orders are placed using our secure, easy to use Karishop shopping cart. Simply proceed to the Checkout page once you have finished shopping. Have your email address and credit card details handy – your order will only be submitted once these details have been entered.

How will I know if Karishop has received my order?

We will send you an order confirmation by email to let you know that your order has been received. This email will be sent to the email address that you provide at Checkout, so it’s important to enter your email address correctly.

How will I know that my order has been shipped?

You will also receive an email from us when your order has been dispatched.

How do I know that items are in stock?

For your convenience, items that are out of stock will appear with an “out of stock” label on the product detail page.

What if one of the items I ordered is out of stock and the rest are available?

Your order will be shipped to you as soon as all of the items become available. We will be in touch with you to let you know how long the wait will be. If you do not wish to wait, you can make two separate orders.

Can I add/remove items to my order after I’ve checked out?

Unfortunately due to logistical reasons, changing the content of your Karishop order after payment is not possible. You can however cancel your order and start again – see Returns and Cancellations.

Can I place my order by phone?

For the security of your credit card information, we only take orders via Karishop.


What delivery options are available?

All orders will be posted to you via Australia Post to ensure prompt and secure delivery straight to your door.

What if I’m not home when my order arrives?

The best way to ensure successful delivery is to provide the address that you frequent during the day. If you’re not home during the day, you can provide a work address for delivery.

If you happen to miss the delivery at home, a calling card will be left by Australia Post to indicate that delivery was attempted and your parcel will be held at your local post office for collection.

Can I choose a different address to have my items sent to?

Yes, you can choose to add a new Shipping Address (ie. work) when you get to the Checkout page.

Do you deliver internationally?

Sorry, at this stage we only deliver within Australia.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We will dispatch every Tuesday and Thursday. It takes about 1-10 working days for you to receive the goods depending on your location.

Please note: This is an estimated guide and delivery times may vary. We will contact you personally if there are any delays in dispatching your goods.



What are the payment options available?

Karishop accepts paypal payment. If you don’t have paypal account, you can also choose to use credit card payments via VISA and MasterCard.

How do I know that my Credit Card details are secure?

The Karishop checkout process is secured by a 128-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) Certificate that encrypts your financial and personal information, just as if you were swiping your card at a local store. You can be sure that the page is secure by noting the address (the site’s address will start with https:// instead of http://) and the gold padlock in your browsers address bar.

What taxes are included in my order?

The standard 10% GST amount is applied to all Karishop orders.


Returns and Cancellations

How can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by sending an email (click on the envelope icon on the bottom right corner of your screen) so that our customer service team are able to intercept the shipping process. Please note that if the order has already been shipped or is in process, we might not be able to cancel your order – but we will do everything possible to ensure we can help.

Please include the following information in the cancellation email request:

- The full name the order was placed with

- Order number

- The items included in the order

- The shipping address

Can I return or exchange a product?

All customers have the right to return all or part of their order within 14 days of delivery.  The items must be in their original packaging, the plastic wrapping must be intact and the original packing slip must be in the package.

If you wish to return your order, please contact our customer service team on 1800 258 268 (Monday to Friday between 7.30am – 5pm EST).   Make sure you have your order number handy and the details you wish to return.  Our customer service team will then send you instructions on how to return the order and details of the refund.

What if my order was incomplete, I received the wrong products or the products were damaged?

If there is something wrong with your order, please contact our customer service team on 1800 258 268 (Monday to Friday between 7.30am – 5pm EST). Make sure you have your order number handy and the details of which products were missing, extra or damaged.
